"Sushi anyone?" is dedicated to giving its customers options that will suit your needs.
We offer in-home sushi rolling lessons, in-home interactive cooking lessons specializing
in Pacific Asian cuisine as well as sushi catering for any small event. If our customers so
desire, we also offer the option of providing sushi rolling lessons in a small classroom
setting. All in-home lessons and small catering events will require the use of your kitchen.
But don't worry, we clean up after ourselves and leave the enjoyment of the food to you!
By the way, all food, tools and miscellaneous equipment will be brought to your home
for use during the lesson or event. What could be easier?!
In-home Sushi Rolling Lesson
The purpose of this lesson is to give our clients the basic skills required to roll your
own sushi. The class will take place in your home, will run approximately 3-4 hours in
length, depending on clients choice of sushi to create, and can be done as an individual
or in a maximum of 4 people in a group. Participants will learn how to properly clean,
season and cook the sushi rice; ingredient preparation, typical hand rolling techniques as
well as suggestions on how to "plate up" their sushi with simple garnishes and sauces.
Rates are as follows:
- Individual rate: $75 plus tax. *
- Group rate: $35 per person plus tax. * (Maximum of 4 people per lesson.)
* Please be aware prices noted above are for rolled sushi only. Prices for nigiri-zushi
will be determined by current market pricing and availability of desired seafood.
In-home Interactive Cooking Lesson
The purpose of this lesson is to teach our clients the basic skills required to prepare
their Pacific-Asian meal of choice from our menu, bring all the elements together and
enjoy it with their invited guests. This is a hands-on lesson intended to allow the guests
the opportunity to participate in the preparation of the entire meal of their choice under
the help and guidance of our Chef. The class will take place in your home, will run
approximately 3-4 hours in length, depending on the complexity of the meal chosen, and
can be done as an individual or in a maximum of 6 people in a group. Rates are as follows:
- Individual rate: $85 plus tax. *
- Group rate: $45 per person plus tax.* (Maximum of 6 people per lesson.)
* Please be aware prices noted above are for beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetarian
meals only. Meals requiring seafood will be determined by current market pricing and
availability of item.
Small Sushi Catering Event
Sushi catering can be accommodated for groups ranging in size from a minimum of 6
people to a maximum of 35 people. Package availability and pricing is as follows:
- Value package: $16.50 per person plus tax
Includes 10 pieces per person of rolled sushi)
- Value package Plus!: $22.50 per person plus tax
Includes10 pieces per person of rolled sushi & 3 pieces of nigiri-zushi.
- Value package Deluxe: $32.50 per person plus tax
Includes10 pieces per person of rolled sushi, nigiri-zushi 4 pieces per guest and
sashimi 3 pieces per guest).
Sushi will be served on disposable serving platters or can be served on client -provided
platters. Pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and any requested speciality sauces will be
provided along with chop sticks.
